Grief Counseling
Grief is not a problem to fix. It’s a process.
Grief isn't linear and isn't always pretty. It can be complex and exhausting. The goal isn't to forget the loved one or move past them, the goal is to find a way to continue your life while honoring the memories of theirs.
Loss changes us—whether it’s the death of someone we love, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a version of ourselves. I work with clients through all forms of grief, including anticipatory grief, ambiguous loss, and long-term grief that never got the support it needed.
You may be grieving:
A loved one who died
A life altered by addiction
A miscarriage or fertility loss
A painful breakup or divorce
A loss of self due to trauma or illness
There is no timeline for grief, no “right” way to do it. In therapy, you’ll have space to process your loss, find meaning, and reconnect with yourself.
