Welcome — I’m Glad You’re Here
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I’m honored that you’re considering me to support you in that. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, healing from past experiences, or simply seeking more guidance through the chaos, you don’t have to do it alone. Being human means struggling sometimes. It means hurting, growing, and finding your way. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to face it by yourself.
My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and build tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach focuses on combining ethical best practices with humor and human connection. I promise to create a space where you feel comfortable to share whatever you'd like: the good, bad, embarrassing, confusing, without judgement. This also means I reserve the right to challenge you along the way to help you grow. You probably won't love every second of this, growing is hard, but the goal is to move through this together so life isn't as hard as it's feeling now.
I offer both in-person sessions in Canton, Georgia and virtual session in Texas and Georgia. Each session provides a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
I work with individuals on issues such as:
Trauma recovery and emotional healing
Grief and loss
Self-esteem and personal growth
Substance abuse and substance dependence
Depression and mood changes
Relationship and communication challenges
Life transitions and identity changes
I also work with couples on issues such as:
Communication problems
Healing after betrayal
Navigating life challenges
Difficulties with family/extended family
Connecting/Intimacy
Therapy is a space to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the life you want to live. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.
If you’re ready to get started, or even if you’re just exploring whether therapy might be right for you, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Together, we’ll discuss what kind of support feels right for you and create a plan that fits your needs. I hate doing the sales pitch thing. I would love to see if we're a good fit or point you in the right direction to find you someone who is.
