I believe therapy is an investment in your well-being, and my goal is to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible. I believe quality therapy should be accessible. While my training and experience are comparable to many therapists who charge higher rates, I've intentionally kept my fees lower because I'm passionate about helping people access the support they need.
To make this sustainable and ensure appointment times remain available for clients who need them, I maintain a strict cancellation policy and require a credit card to be kept securely on file for all clients.
Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes): $125
Individual Therapy Session (90 minutes): $180
Couples or Family Session (60 minutes): $125
Payment is due at the time of service. I currently accept credit/debit cards.
A card is securely kept on file through my payment processor to make payments simple and confidential. For tele-therapy appointments, I require a card on file before the first session.
At this time, I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
If you’d like to check your out-of-network benefits, I recommend asking your insurance company:
Do I have mental health benefits for outpatient therapy?
What percentage of sessions are reimbursed for an out-of-network provider?
Do I have a deductible that must be met first?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?
Your session time is reserved just for you. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (or no-shows) will be charged the full session fee, as it’s unlikely that I’ll be able to fill the appointment on short notice.
In order to honor your time and mine, if you are unable to make it to the session 20 minutes after the start of the session, I will request we reschedule and it would be considered a missed appointment.
I understand that emergencies happen — please reach out if an unavoidable situation arises
If you are currently located outside of the state of Georgia or Texas, you would need to find a provider who is licensed in the state you currently reside. This is a requirement of my professional license in both states. Wherever you are located in Texas, I am able to see you virtually.
I’m happy to answer any questions about payment, insurance, or scheduling. My goal is to make therapy as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
